We’ve done it again! Microsoft GOLD Partner 5 years on the trot!
Our West Yorkshire based company, Motion IT Consulting Ltd, started its relationship with Microsoft quite gently as a ‘regular’ Certified Partner with only 2 employees and 3 Associates in 2008-2009, but quickly moved up to ‘Gold’ in the same year. Since then we’ve kept on growing, even in this tough economic climate. Along the way we’ve launched the CloudfreeIT brand, created a further 9 permanent posts and have our 4 trusted Associate Engineers and Consultants on board too.
Even so, maintaining ‘Gold’ status in Microsoft’s Partner Network is no mean feat for us as a small business. For one thing we haven’t got as many staff to share the burden of keeping up with all the new qualifications as the big IT players do!
We don’t (yet) have the massive volume of Microsoft Licensing sales that some of the larger Microsoft Partners have, so the quality of our work has to be exactly right on every single deployment project we do for our customers. Their feedback goes straight to Microsoft and this, too, counts towards our accreditation.
When you also consider we’ve been training several young apprentices from Keighley, Bingley, Steeton and Skipton areas almost from scratch, to ensure we get the quality of our customer service right as well as the technical delivery, for our domestic customers, our small business customers and our corporate customers, you can see we’ve really pulled out all the stops to make sure we’re building for the future too.
So here’s a great big ‘Thank You’ to the technical staff who have been working so very hard recently to keep their Microsoft qualifications bang up to date and another great big ‘Thank You’ to ALL THE STAFF who continue to strive to keep our customers happy, always. We really couldn’t do any of this without you!
