For most of the time between Christmas and New Year we’ll be operating an on-call service rather than opening the office, to give our team members the much-needed opportunity to rest and relax. Our office will be closed between Christmas and New Year, except by appointment to drop-off or collect equipment.
Our IT Support Helpdesk will be open as per the hours below and emergency support will of course be available to our support contract customers outside normal office hours, by phone.
Friday 23rd Dec – Office & Helpdesk Open 9:00am to 4:30pm
Saturday 24th to Bank Holiday Tuesday 27th – Closed
Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th – Support available by email & phone 9:00am to 5:30pm
New Years Eve (Saturday 31st Dec) to Monday 2nd Jan – Closed
