Tech Tip: Windows Key + V – Clipboard History

Here’s a quick tip for you, that we all find verrry useful at Cosurica HQ. In fact it’s probably THE most useful keyboard shortcut we know of (so far).

Use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + V to enable and view your clipboard history, so you can go back and paste something from minutes, hours, or maybe even several days ago (depending on how much of a copy & paste fiend you are!).

You can pin frequently used items (text, images, links) you want to keep too, so even if you restart your PC or clear all from the history, those favourite things remain! Awesome! It’s a really simple way to improve your productivity so you’re not bobbing back & forth between multiple browser windows and apps to copy and paste again and again.

Although it’s been around in Windows since 2018 it’s amazing how many users still don’t know about it!

Further info is available here from Microsoft, covering additional settings such as syncing your clipboard across multiple devices (as long as your Microsoft account is configured to sync with Windows).

Enjoy!
