As the year comes to an end, we’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who’s been part of our work and conversations this year.

Technology rarely stands still, and neither do the challenges that come with it — so we’ve particularly valued the trust, thoughtful discussions and collaboration we’ve shared with so many small business leaders in 2025.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together and are looking ahead to 2026 with energy, confidence and focus.
We know that for many businesses work doesn’t stop over Christmas. While most members of our team will (hopefully) be taking a well-earned rest, our Service Desk team will still be available to provide support and guidance to you, our hard-working and much loved customers. And, of course, our on-call engineers will be on hand to provide assistance, should a genuine tech emergency arise outside of our service desk opening hours.

Instead of sending out Christmas cards, once again we’ll be making donations to three local foodbanks, as well as to Bradford & Craven Mind, so that they may continue their valuable work in supporting people through their difficult circumstances.
