Please call us on 01535 358161 in the first instance, so that we can take some information about your problem and determine the most appropriate course of action. Minimum charge of £50 +VAT applies to all workshop jobs & on-site visits.

Workshop-based Services

Laptop/All-in-one PC Hardware Repairs (exc. Parts)

NB. Laptops & all-in-one PCs may require complete dis-assembly to access some internal parts, such as screen or DC power socket. (charged per hour of active technician time)

*On-site service charges quoted above apply to locations within 2 mile radius of our office. For locations outside the 2 mile radius, and for all PC/Laptop Repair pickups/deliveries an additional charge of £1 per mile plus VAT may be applied, to cover return journey travel costs. Contract customers, please note that where a variation to our standard transport charges has been agreed with you this will be detailed in your contract.
